Perry - Enos Leland Bennion passed away on March 7, 2018, surrounded by his family.

He was born in Vernal, UT, on April 1, 1933, to Enos Leland (Lee) Bennion and Beatrice Murray Bennion. He was raised on the family farm in Vernal, UT. He graduated from Utah State University and married Marilyn Robins in 1956.

He served a tour of duty at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico and completed a 34 year career at Thiokol Chemical Corporation in Brigham City, UT.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years; his two daughters, Susan (Ken) Johnsen, Annette (Craig) Whitaker; six grandchildren: Nathan, Matthew, Kristen Johnsen and Jason, Jonathan, Brandon Whitaker; and his brother, David K. Bennion; sister, Carol Lee Palmer; and his cousin, Patty Jane Eliasen Barber.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Gillies Mortuary at 634 East 200 South, in Brigham City, UT. The viewing will continue on Friday, March 16, 2018, at 10 a.m., with the funeral beginning at 11 a.m. in the Perry Stake Center Chapel at 685 West 2250 South, Perry, UT. Internment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
